At Spark Paws, we want you and your pet to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is free of pet hair and signs of wear.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
